Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns only in the case of a verified manufacturing defect. To be eligible:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery

  • Proof of defect (photo/video) may be required

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. Shipping charges & payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

You may have to ship-it back to our shipping address or to a nearby partner store (if available).
